I would give this relief cream the same I would review the rings and gummies I ordered: AMAZING. Unfortunately, a week or two AFTER buying all of the above I broke my ribs, tearing all the cartlidge and muscle on my entire left side. Did the pain meds work? No. Did ice help? Maybe. This was a great way to sample products for new users. The topical was good for quick relief of sore muscles but the tincture was way more beneficial than I expected. Was trying mainly for muscle relief for my cerebral pasly. After using not only was I more active and could rely less on my cane but the tincture also helped my mood and helped me sleep better.
